My Unit 2 Reflection

Reflection Critical Insight At the first part of the Unit 2, from the reading of the text. I learned the pop culture was created by most of people and it has a specific signal in that time. It is not the things are kept in the long time.The four elements of popular culture are changed by people for different reasons. What’s more, from the facts about the William Shakespeare, I had known that the pop culture could be developed by the old things which might do not show up for the long time. People give them with their own ideas and then the new pop culture create.Although the pop culture is lasting in the short time, people cannot life without it. From the news about Adele I had read at the website, it is my opinion about the person how they could be a star.First, it is one of the most important reasons is that they have great talents.If a person did not have a great talent, they would pay more actions to practice. Second, they usually have a strong determination to get their goal.People can not have achievements without the perseverance.It is a fact that Adele insists her singing business about 15 years.In addition, a pop culture will created by the star. From the pop star presentation, I did some researches to my favourite movie star. Before our presentations, we need to find out the some interested stories about the person we want to introduce.It is the efficient way to attract the audiences’ attention. From the team presentation, we did a good job I believed and I had know more information about the pop culture in the past. In my opinion, that was the one of the most important part of the unit and we shared a lot of things together. I really enjoyed it during the class. From the part of the pop culture studies website, I had been more impressed with it.Then, I chose the part of film article.With the development of the social society, to see a movie is one of the most popular way to have fun in people’s free time, also the film becomes the important of the pop culture. In my opinion, the renews and commentaries from the movie are helpful for the movie development and the new pop culture might be happened. Additionally, I have learned what is pop culture in Alexandre’s TED talk.The main idea of the video is that people need to learn to cherish, learn,develop and preserve the pop culture.Although people have different arenas which can be led to devote,the pop culture is the best way to connect people.What’s more,from the TED,pop culture is a global and commonly used that the manages in different ways to present our dream and make us smile,and to connect us with the society from all around the world. Aha My Aha moment was when I did the researches to my favourite movie star, I had found that Robert Downey Jr had a drugs experience and jail life. Each successful person often had bad experiences and big challenges in their lives.We need to overcome the problems with our courage. Bumper Sticker I create a bumper sticker which is creativity.I think it is very important. I didn’t know that I will share the a new thing that how the pop culture is created to my friends in China and I will keep seeing the movie in American.Also, it will help me to learn more and more pop culture in this country.I am really enjoy it.
